Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of patients, providing high-quality, tailored physical therapy services that align with individualized care plans developed in conjunction with physicians and healthcare teams.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status, subsequently developing comprehensive care strategies aimed at achieving each patient's recovery goals.
• Implement effective treatment interventions based on evidence-based practices and within the legal scope of practice.
• Instruct patients, caregivers, and family members in the use of therapeutic exercises, appliances, and other modalities to enhance recovery outside therapy sessions.
• Utilize advanced EMR systems for documentation, tracking patient progress, and ensuring efficient communication within the care team.
• Collaborate to prioritize caseloads and manage daily staffing needs, contributing to a seamless transition of care between therapists and clinicians.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
