Work Environment

This position is an onsite role at our Bradenton rehabilitation facility, where you will collaborate with a small, dynamic team comprised of two fellow physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA). Our work environment is designed to be supportive and collaborative, fostering both personal and professional growth. Typical work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify individual patient goals and needs, tailoring treatment plans accordingly.
• Manage a patient caseload effectively, typically one person per hour, to ensure focused and personalized care.
• Leverage your expertise in orthopedic outpatient therapy to provide cost-effective treatment solutions that emphasize enhanced range of motion and mobility.
• Promote alternatives to surgical procedures by exploring innovative therapeutic modalities while minimizing reliance on medication.
• Craft comprehensive care plans that integrate various treatment techniques, ensuring holistic patient rehabilitation.
• Develop individualized fitness and wellness programs that address the specific requirements of each patient to promote active recovery.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions and continuously motivate patients throughout their rehab process.
• Encourage healthy lifestyle choices by improving patients' strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination to prevent injuries.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure multidisciplinary patient care.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes systematically to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments while maintaining clear communication with patients and their families.
• Document all patient interactions and services meticulously, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and facilitating continuity of care.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (MPT/DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• Active and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Maintain an exemplary record with no history of disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and demonstrated competence in developing and implementing effective exercise protocols.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Software, specifically WebPT, is advantageous.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable, particularly in developing tailored rehabilitation programs.
• A background in managing diverse patient populations is a plus, allowing for adaptability in treatment planning.

Compensation and Benefits

Revive Physiotherapy Solutions offers a competitive compensation package with a yearly salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
