Work Environment

The work environment at Revive is dynamic and supportive, emphasizing collaboration among our team of highly skilled professionals, which currently includes two physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA). We prioritize delivering exceptional patient care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance, offering a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze patients' goals and needs, crafting personalized rehabilitation plans that are both effective and achievable.
• Manage a patient caseload with a focus on quality interaction, ensuring one-on-one therapy sessions for each individual every hour.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions to enhance clients' range of motion and mobility, emphasizing cost-effective treatments that minimize reliance on medications.
• Design comprehensive care plans that integrate various therapeutic techniques tailored to each patient's specific diagnosis.
• Implement customized fitness and wellness programs aimed at restoring physical function and promoting long-term health.
• Motivate and encourage patients through the rehabilitation process, fostering a supportive environment throughout treatment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, monitoring progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary.
• Document all patient care services accurately and thoroughly, maintaining clear and effective communication throughout the treatment process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice predominantly deals with patients recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries, requiring specialized rehabilitation. We are committed to addressing the individual medical histories and goals of our clients to ensure that they receive comprehensive, patient-centered care. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping patients transform their lives by enhancing their physical capabilities.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a valid state license as a Physical Therapist, with no history of disciplinary actions against the license.
• Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in manual therapy techniques, and the ability to develop and implement effective exercise protocols.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, particularly WebPT, is preferred for efficient patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is preferred, as familiarity with this environment will enable you to make a seamless transition into our practice.
• A demonstrated history of implementing successful rehabilitation strategies that promote optimal patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits
