Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of new patients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and goals.
• Implement hands-on therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises aimed at enhancing mobility, reducing pain, and improving overall function.
• Educate patients and their families on appropriate at-home exercises, self-care strategies, and lifestyle modifications that can aid in recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, coordinating treatment as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and documentation compliant with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor and track patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as required to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your focus will primarily be on orthopedic patients, including those recovering from surgical procedures, sports injuries, or those suffering from chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required, while a Master's Degree will be preferred.
• Current and active state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.

• Strong knowledge of various musculoskeletal conditions, injuries, diseases, and effective treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation for the Orthopedic Physical Therapist position ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
