Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to determine appropriate courses of treatment, documenting findings accurately to assist in patient progress tracking.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each patient, incorporating evidence-based practices to address a range of conditions.
• Implement therapeutic interventions in patients' homes, utilizing a wide array of modalities and techniques—including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education—to facilitate recovery.
• Continuously monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary while addressing any challenges that may arise during therapy sessions.
• Provide education to patients and their caregivers on home exercise programs and wellness strategies to promote independence and reduce the risk of re-injury.
• Maintain excellent communication with patients, families, and the healthcare team to foster collaborative care and enhance overall service delivery.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
