Work Environment

This position is located onsite in beautiful Sarasota, Florida, known for its vibrant community and scenic surroundings. As part of our home care service model, Physical Therapists will engage with patients in their own environments, allowing for tailored therapeutic methods that enhance comfort and promote effective recovery. Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and deliver personalized therapeutic services to improve patient mobility and overall function.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to develop individualized care plans focused on specific goals.
• Monitor patient progress through regular evaluations, adjusting treatment plans as needed to reflect changes in patient conditions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists and physicians, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and their families about exercises and strategies to maintain their mobility and achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Document patient progress and clinical findings accurately in electronic health records to maintain compliance and support interdisciplinary communication.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members and interns involved in rehabilitation services.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
