Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at our Rehabilitation Center, you will work onsite in a modern and welcoming facility designed to foster healing and recovery. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete therapeutic care process for a designated group of patients in conjunction with physicians and the broader care team.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, contributing to the development and execution of individualized care plans aimed at achieving patient goals.
• Implement treatment interventions that align with the physician's plan, providing effective physical therapy that targets rehabilitation and recovery.
• Evaluate and assess patients' rehabilitative status and continuously adapt care plans to meet evolving needs.
• Provide skilled therapy sessions including functional mobility, pain management techniques, and therapeutic exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises, prosthetic devices, and effective use of therapeutic appliances to carry over improvements into their daily lives.
• Oversee daily caseload management, tailoring therapy assignments, and ensuring high-quality care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population ranging from pediatric cases to adults requiring rehabilitation for post-surgical recovery, chronic pain, or injury-related conditions. Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy License in the State of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
