Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations for patients, reviewing relevant medical histories, performing standardized assessments, and formulating evidence-based treatment plans.
• Effectively communicate evaluation findings and proposed treatment plans to patients and their families, actively involving them in goal-setting processes.
• Implement treatment protocols with a high degree of proficiency, adapting interventions based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, as necessary, to address changes in a patient's condition, including modifications to the plan of care and referrals for additional consultations.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient care activities, including creating clear and concise daily encounter notes and progress summaries, which are essential for coordinated patient care and compliance with regulations.
• Manage your schedule efficiently and meet productivity standards while maintaining punctuality in meetings and corporate engagements.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, certifications, and training, enhancing both personal competency and organizational effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A High School Diploma or GED is also required.
• A professional license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Florida, as applicable.
• Current American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification.
• While prior work experience in a clinical setting is beneficial, it is not mandatory for applicants.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
