Work Environment

Located in a spacious rehabilitation center, our onsite outpatient clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized patient assessments to identify specific goals and tailor treatment plans accordingly.
• Manage a reasonable number of patient cases, guaranteeing sufficient time to provide focused care and attentiveness to each individual.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to design and implement effective therapeutic interventions.
• Apply cost-effective treatment modalities and prioritize non-surgical approaches, aiming to minimize medication dependence.
• Create and periodically revise comprehensive care plans incorporating diverse therapeutic techniques.
• Develop fitness and wellness programs tailored to enhance the specific health outcomes for each patient.
• Offer evidence-based treatment solutions that address patient needs and reinforce recovery pathways.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey to foster engagement and commitment.
• Promote patient wellness by emphasizing improvements in strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required, with a preference for candidates possessing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Active and unblemished physical therapy license from the state of Florida, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Strong proficiency in multiple manual therapy techniques that aid in the recovery process.
• Proven ability to design and execute effective exercise programs tailored to individual needs.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly Web PT, is highly valued for accurate documentation.
• Knowledge of current and evidence-based physical therapy methodologies is essential for delivering top-tier care.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an outpatient clinic setting is preferred, particularly in sports medicine or orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Familiarity with advanced therapeutic modalities and recent developments in physical therapy practices will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
