Work Environment

At Move Strong Physical Therapy, we maintain a welcoming and dynamic work setting that emphasizes teamwork and open communication. Our rehabilitation center is designed to facilitate patient interaction while providing a comfortable atmosphere for therapy sessions. As a full-time Physical Therapist, you will enjoy flexible scheduling options, allowing you to choose between 8 AM to 4 PM, 9 AM to 5 PM, or four 10-hour shifts. This flexibility is aimed at helping you achieve a work-life balance while providing the best care possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and function.
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized therapy plans based on evidence-based practices and patient needs.
• Continuously monitor and adapt treatment interventions to track patient progress and optimize recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on effective techniques and exercises for rehabilitation and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment approaches.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately in our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In our Sarasota clinic, you will work with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Your role will be critical in tailoring treatment plans that cater to each patient's unique circumstances, enabling them to achieve their personal recovery goals in a compassionate and supportive environment.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid Florida Physical Therapy license or the eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong clinical reasoning skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient time management skills to manage a varied caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy settings is required.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
