Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions through comprehensive examinations and assessments to formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Track, document, and analyze patient progress meticulously, revising treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, home care routines, and the safe use of assistive devices to ensure continuity of care.
• Attend regular interdisciplinary team meetings, establishing collaborative relationships with other healthcare professionals to integrate physical therapy into comprehensive patient care.
• Meet continuing education requirements and stay informed about advancements in physical therapy techniques and practices to maintain licensure and enhance your expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure for Florida as a Physical Therapist.
