Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients who are recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic illnesses.
• Establish detailed treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs using a variety of therapeutic methods such as exercise, manual therapy, and modalities that target pain relief and mobility enhancement.
• Document patient progress meticulously, ensuring all treatment records reflect the methods used and the responses observed.
• Regularly reevaluate treatment goals, modifying plans as necessary to adapt to the evolving needs of patients.
• Educate patients, their families, and caregivers on self-care techniques, assistive devices, and proper therapy procedures to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Engage in continual self-improvement and professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and staying current with relevant literature in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a broad range of patients, from children requiring developmental support to adults seeking rehabilitation after orthopedic procedures or chronic conditions. Your primary focus will be to help each individual regain functionality, improve quality of life, and achieve their unique therapeutic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current State License to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interactions with patients and team members.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to use relevant documentation software.
• Adaptability and flexibility in approach to meet varied patient needs.
• Current CPR certification.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitative setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer:
