Executive AssistantOur client, a rapidly growing founder-led fintech startup, is looking for a stellar Executive Assistant to support their CTO, Head of Product, and Head of Engineering. The ideal candidate is someone who can operate as a genuine right hand, bring structure to a fast-moving and often unstructured environment, and will build a true partnership with their executives. They are looking for someone with a track record of success supporting founders within startup and/or high-growth tech space. This role offers significant ownership and is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys being close to the action and wants a big, meaty role!Own highly dynamic calendars, travel schedule, and day-to-day logistics, ensuring the executives are prepared and positioned for what's aheadOperate several steps ahead, anticipating needs, identifying potential issues, and proactively solving problems before they ariseSupport the Employee Experience Manager with office events, team offsites, and employee onboardingBuild and implement systems, processes, and efficiencies that improve the CTO's workflow and overall effectivenessPrepare executives for meetings, leadership discussions, presentations, and high-priority conversations by ensuring they have the right information, materials, and contextHelp coordinate priorities across the leadership team and ensure important follow-ups, commitments, and details never fall through the cracksManage communication and logistics with investors, shareholders, political contacts, and other high-profile stakeholders with professionalism and discretionPartner closely with the broader leadership team on projects, priorities, and special initiativesTake ownership of high-priority projects and jump in wherever needed in a fast-moving, constantly evolving environmentLeverage technology, AI, and automation tools to streamline workflows, improve organization, and make the team more effective5+ years of experience as an Executive AssistantExperience supporting founders/c-level executives within startups and/or the high-growth tech space highly preferredExceptional organizational skills and obsessive attention to detailHighly intelligent, quick-thinking, and able to process information rapidlyNaturally proactive and intuitiveComfortable operating with significant ambiguity and minimal structureStrong business judgment and an ability to understand the "why" behind the workTechnologically sophisticated and excited to use tools and automation to create efficienciesExcellent communication skills and confidence interacting with senior executives, investors, shareholders, and other influential stakeholdersLocation: New York City (Onsite)Compensation: $150k-200k base salary + benefits (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)
