This position requires leadership, time management, and monitoring the productivity and growth of the office. The Office Manager is the direct support staff to the Area Manager. Responsibilities Tax preparation. Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and training employees. Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure proper staffing. Ensure employees uphold company policies and procedures. Manage and monitor office performance and productivity. Resolve customer service issues. Assist the Tax School Instructor (open to the public as well as employees). Comply with daily accounting procedures. Communicate effectively with staff to keep them informed about products and promotions. Support and encourage staff to carry out the company mission as well as meet company and personal goals. Position Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Tax preparation experience preferred. Management experience preferred. Customer service experience. Computer/technology experience. PTIN certification (can be obtained after the hire date). Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour. #J-18808-Ljbffr
