Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Implement therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to facilitate patient recovery.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary professionals to formulate and maintain comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning, ensuring our clients receive immediate support during pivotal moments.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation for all client interactions, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster a sense of community and shared experience among clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals undergoing detoxification and struggling with substance use disorders, as well as co-occurring mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
