About the Company

Our partner is building an AI front office for outpatient specialist practices, automating the workflows that practices manage every day, from scheduling and referrals to document processing, patient outreach, and insurance verification. Backed by leading early-stage investors, the company doubled revenue last month and grew 13x over the past year, with strong demand pulling it forward fast. The culture is intense but not for its own sake. The team holds itself to a high bar of excellence, treats each other with respect, and is driven by how much opportunity is in front of it.

The Opportunity

This is a foundational BDR seat on a go-to-market team that is scaling quickly. You will generate pipeline for enterprise healthcare deals primarily through cold calling, cold LinkedIn outreach, and conference engagement, the channels that actually work in this market. You will be given target lists and the tools to succeed, and you will be expected to bring the drive, creativity, and relentlessness to break into high-value accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Generate qualified pipeline through cold calling, cold LinkedIn outreach, and conferences
  • Identify decision makers within target accounts and craft compelling outreach strategies
  • Book meetings with executives at private-equity-owned, multi-location specialty practices
  • Travel to industry conferences and in-person events to build relationships and source opportunities
  • Develop deep product and industry knowledge to qualify and engage prospects effectively
  • Collaborate closely with account executives and sales leadership to move accounts forward
Requirements
  • 1+ year of professional work experience (not necessarily in a BDR role)
  • Charismatic, high-drive, and relentless, with creativity and strong instincts
  • Coachable, resilient, and able to handle rejection and push through it
  • Comfortable making cold calls and owning outbound as a primary motion
  • Willing to work in person 5-6 days per week in NYC
  • Bonus: a background in competitive or elite sports, an elite academic or professional pedigree, or prior experience selling or persuading in any context
