Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as a Mental Health Counselor includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs and challenges.

• Delivering evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions, specifically utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other appropriate methodologies.

• Maintaining comprehensive documentation of sessions and client progress in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborating with a diverse team of professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes.

• Engaging in regular training and development opportunities focused on improving therapeutic skills and expanding knowledge in the field.

• Participating in clinical supervision and peer consultation to drive personal and collective competency in therapy provision.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied patient population primarily consisting of adults seeking support for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related challenges. Your expertise will guide clients as they navigate their emotional struggles, fostering healing and resilience in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.

• An active professional license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) without any disciplinary actions from relevant licensing boards.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adult clients.

• Strong written communication skills necessary for effective documentation and collaboration.
