Step into a pivotal role supporting K-8 students as a Special Education professional in the Cleveland, OH area. In this rewarding contract opportunity, you'll focus on case management across one school located in Midtown, Woodland Hills, or Glenville. This unique hybrid position enables a balanced work-life approach—work from home on Mondays and Fridays and collaborate on campus Tuesdays through Thursdays.

Your core responsibilities will encompass managing up to 100 IEPs annually, with full administrative duties rather than lead teaching. You will write comprehensive IEPs, facilitate related meetings, and ensure compliance and progress tracking for students with a range of disabilities. Familiarity with Same Goal—a widely used IEP platform—is essential for this role.

To thrive in this position, you should bring:

• A current Ohio Intervention Specialist license (Mild to Moderate or Moderate to Intense; no emergency credentials or sponsorships permitted)
• Solid experience with IEP writing, implementation, and case management in a school setting
• Proficiency in facilitating IEP meetings and collaborating with educators, families, and administrators
• Demonstrated skill with Same Goal or a similar IEP documentation platform
• Strong organizational and communication abilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the full IEP process, from drafting to execution
• Coordinating and facilitating annual and triennial IEP meetings
• Managing communications and compliance across educational teams and families
• Supporting K-8 students with individualized educational needs across a single assigned building
