Make a meaningful impact supporting K-8 students in a contract Special Education Case Management role near Cleveland, OH. This full-time position runs through the end of May 2026, offering a hybrid work model—work from home on Mondays and Fridays, and provide in-person support on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. You’ll manage cases for students at one school location in Midtown, Woodland Hills, or Glenville.

Ideal candidates are proactive and detail-oriented, ready to oversee up to 100 IEPs each year. This is a dedicated case management role with no lead classroom teaching. You will leverage the Same Goal IEP platform, write individualized education plans, conduct IEP meetings, and ensure full administrative compliance. A valid Intervention Specialist license in Ohio (mild to moderate or moderate to intense) is required—please note, emergency or sponsorship licenses are not permitted for this assignment.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Ohio Intervention Specialist license (mild/moderate or moderate/intense), non-negotiable
• Experience with K-8 student populations and diverse disabilities
• Strong working knowledge of Same Goal IEP software
• Demonstrated skill in writing IEPs and leading IEP meetings
• Organized, efficient, and confident managing high-volume caseloads
• Ability to fulfill full case management and administrative responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage and update up to 100 student IEPs per year
• Facilitate IEP meetings and coordinate with school teams and families
• Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met
• Offer collaborative support across school settings as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely records using the Same Goal platform
