Key Qualifications:

• Possess or be eligible for appropriate state licensure in Special Education
• Experience working with preschool-aged children is strongly desired
• Understanding of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and their implementation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrated patience, adaptability, and commitment to inclusive educational practices

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction addressing the diverse developmental needs of preschool-aged students
• Manage, develop, and implement IEPs with close attention to outcome measurement
• Adapt curriculum and strategies to accommodate a variety of learning styles and abilities
• Communicate regularly with families, school staff, and other service providers
• Cultivate a safe, supportive environment where young learners can thrive both academically and socially
