This opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact with a manageable caseload of 16 students, all located at a single site near Lakewood, OH. Your expertise will empower students with diverse needs to achieve their academic goals and thrive in the classroom.

Key qualifications:

• Valid licensure as an Intervention Specialist (preferred)
• Experience or passion for working in a K-8 setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and families
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive educational environment

Your responsibilities will include:

• Writing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Leading and participating in IEP meetings with parents and team members
• Delivering specially designed instruction (SDI) tailored to individual student needs
• Monitoring and reporting on student progress regularly
• Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Engaging with the school community to support student success

This assignment runs full-time, five days per week, with start as soon as possible and continuing through May 28, 2027. You will have the unique opportunity to work closely with a cohesive team and make a significant difference in the lives of students across grades K-8.
