Responsibilities Scan, print, organize, and file documents. Enter and maintain data in spreadsheets and trackers. Assist with document preparation and meeting notes. Support email and inbox management. Assist with scheduling and calendar coordination. Support event administration and check‑in preparation. Track training completion and administrative records.
