The Physical Therapist will be working on-site in a collaborative rehabilitation center located in Sayreville, NJ. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Flex Staff Physical Therapy, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations to assess patient movement, strength, and functional limitations.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and needs.
• Providing hands-on therapy and educating patients and their families about rehabilitation processes and home exercises.
• Regularly re-evaluating patient progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary to improve outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of patient treatment, progress, and billing codes in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and ensuring effective communication regarding patient care strategies.
• Participating in leadership and community outreach efforts to promote rehabilitation services and enhance program development.
• Supervising and mentoring support staff, such as physical therapy aides or students, to foster their professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, those with neurological challenges, or individuals experiencing chronic pain. Our clients range in age and diverse backgrounds, which requires sensitivity to various cultural needs and effective communication tailored to each patient. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• A current state license in Physical Therapy is essential for practice.

• Proficient in using word processing software and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
