This position is based onsite in our rehabilitation facility located in East Brunswick, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at InCore Physical Therapy, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients' physical condition, including assessments of mobility, strength, and function.
• Utilizing advanced diagnostic tools to develop and refine individualized treatment plans that focus on pain alleviation and functional restoration.
• Implementing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education tailored to each patient's abilities and recovery goals.
• Educating patients and their families on rehabilitation strategies, injury prevention, and the importance of adherence to home exercise programs.
• Maintaining clear communication with interdisciplinary team members such as physicians, case managers, and nurses to optimize patient outcomes.
• Documenting patient progress meticulously in our electronic health record system to ensure continuity of care.
• Managing a caseload that typically involves seeing 2 patients per hour while delivering high-quality, effective therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population ranges from post-operative surgical patients to those with chronic pain and mobility issues. You will have the opportunity to work closely with diverse demographics, tailoring your therapeutic interventions to meet the unique challenges presented by each individual. By fostering a trusting relationship, you will help guide patients towards achieving their recovery goals.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of New Jersey.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or its equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a clinical or outpatient therapy setting is essential.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement customized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
• A genuine passion for facilitating meaningful recovery and improving patient quality of life.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in orthopedic rehabilitation and outpatient services is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary, ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
