Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, medical histories, and prior treatment outcomes to inform treatment strategies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with each patient's rehabilitation goals while utilizing appropriate therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
• Administer manual therapy techniques, such as soft tissue mobilization and joint mobilization, to alleviate pain and restore function.
• Educate patients about their conditions and treatment options, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting, demonstrating proficient assessment and treatment capabilities.
• Excellent manual therapy skills and a solid understanding of soft tissue mobilization techniques.
• Strong assessment and communication skills, particularly in a Direct Access context.

Preferred Experience

While 2 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy is required, candidates with additional certifications in specialized therapy techniques (such as sports rehab, dry needling, or kinesiology taping) will stand out. Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
