Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with functional limitations and disabilities, accurately identifying needs and establishing treatment plans.
• Engage in consistent communication with healthcare providers to ensure seamless coordination of each patient's continuum of care.
• Deliver individualized therapy sessions, implementing evidence-based techniques and continually re-evaluating patient progress.
• Document each patient's treatments, evaluations, and progress meticulously in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory standards.
• Maintain open dialogue with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and support staff, to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives to promote our services and foster community relationships.
• Leadership opportunities may include guiding clinical interns or support staff, conducting in-services, and contributing to cost containment efforts.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Stone Crest, you will primarily work with patients experiencing orthopedic and musculoskeletal challenges, along with those recovering from surgeries or injuries. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Active State License in Physical Therapy to practice in New Jersey.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
