Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education and experience to independently assess and diagnose psychosocial issues impacting patients and their families in hospice settings.

The Social Worker will primarily engage with hospice patients and their families, who are navigating complex emotional and psychological challenges during the end-of-life process. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
