This role offers a remote work setting that promotes flexibility while ensuring you remain engaged with your clients and our multidisciplinary treatment team. Although the primary work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, some flexibility may be required based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, leveraging evidence-based and solution-focused interventions to create personalized treatment plans.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other recognized techniques to effectively manage and alleviate symptoms.

• Maintain thorough and confidential clinical records that adhere to HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring compliance and safeguarding client information.

• Collaborate with a dedicated team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate holistic care approaches for clients.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer reviews to enhance clinical practices and share insights, promoting continuous improvement in care delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.
