Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments that effectively evaluate clients’ needs, using evidence-based approaches to formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring that each method is tailored to the individual’s circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.
