This position offers a unique and flexible work setting, allowing therapists to operate fully remotely while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team through secure digital platforms. The position follows a structured schedule, typically Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility based on client needs, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans guided by evidence-based practices, ensuring each plan is tailored to the client's unique experiences and mental health goals.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in client sessions to facilitate skill development and emotional regulation.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation compliant with HIPAA regulations and best practices to safeguard client confidentiality.

• Engage collaboratively with a dedicated team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure holistic treatment approaches and optimal client care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to share insights, enhance therapeutic strategies, and uphold our commitment to quality care.

• Facilitate educational sessions for clients and their families regarding mental health issues, coping strategies, and available community resources to promote understanding and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals navigating complex challenges such as PTSD, OCD, and depression. You will focus on creating a safe and conducive atmosphere for clients to express their emotions and experiences, facilitating an effective therapeutic relationship that promotes healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, adapting approaches to suit each individual’s unique circumstances.

Preferred Experience\n
