Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their individual therapeutic needs.

• Create and implement personalized therapeutic strategies based on evidence-based practices, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, couple counseling, and family therapy, ensuring a supportive and respectful environment for all participants.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems effectively.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training, staying informed about the latest research and methodologies in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients who may be experiencing challenges related to mental health, substance use, developmental disabilities, or trauma. Our clients range from individuals seeking counseling for everyday life stressors to those requiring more intensive therapeutic intervention. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards within the mental health profession.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
