This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work environment that can adapt to your personal schedule while ensuring that we meet the needs of our clients. As a full-time mental health professional, you will work from the comfort of your home, yet remain connected with a collaborative team of other mental health professionals. On occasion, you may be required to adjust your schedule to accommodate the varying needs of clients, ensuring that quality care is always prioritized.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical evaluations to assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring that all documentation adheres to best practices in security and confidentiality.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide holistic care to clients.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to not only enhance treatment quality but also to engage in professional development.

• Empower patients and their families by providing education on mental health disorders, treatment options, and available community resources to facilitate informed choices about care.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and innovations in mental health to continually integrate new knowledge into practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our team works with diverse patient populations, including adults and adolescents suffering from a variety of mental health issues. Your role will directly influence their recovery journeys, supporting each individual through evidence-based approaches tailored to their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active clinical license in Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong foundation in solution-focused psychotherapy methods and the ability to adapt techniques to meet individual client needs.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling productive engagement with clients, families, and colleagues.

• Proficiency in problem-solving and critical thinking to facilitate dynamic therapeutic interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in outpatient settings, particularly in a remote or telehealth context.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, based on your qualifications and experience. Benefits include:
