Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain insights into clients’ mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans that address their unique challenges.

• Provide therapy utilizing evidence-based approaches via secure telehealth platforms, ensuring effective communication and client engagement from initial contact through ongoing treatment.

• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, providing continual support, feedback, and adjustments to their plans based on progress and shifting needs.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, tailored to each client’s preferences and objectives, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and client progress, while adhering to ethical standards and ensuring confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Clearpath, you will work with a diverse clientele facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients range from adolescents to adults, each presenting unique scenarios that require tailored therapeutic interventions. Your role is crucial in helping them achieve better emotional well-being and stability.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a master’s degree or doctoral degree is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish therapeutic connections with clients remotely.

• Empathy, compassion, and understanding towards clients' experiences and challenges, coupled with a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment.

• Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills to effectively juggle client sessions and documentation in a remote setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $75,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with education, experience, and expertise. Additionally, a sign-on bonus will be provided upon joining our network. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
