Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, utilizing diagnostic tools to determine patient needs and formulate effective treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused modalities, to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions, fostering peer-to-peer connections among patients facing similar challenges.

• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive, holistic care for each patient.

• Deliver crisis intervention services and immediate emotional support during mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients regarding their mental health conditions, treatment paths, and local community resources that can provide additional support.

• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and continuous professional development opportunities.

Qualifications\n
