Work Environment\n

This position offers a flexible remote work setting, allowing you to deliver care from the comfort of your own space while also being supported by our outpatient office environment. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with some flexibility required to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations to understand each client's unique circumstances and needs.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to formulate individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Maintain client confidentiality and ensure accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
\n
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver coordinated care.
\n
• Participate in monthly case consultations and peer review sessions aimed at sharing best practices and improving treatment outcomes.
\n
• Provide education and support to clients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment options, and available community services.
\n
• Stay updated with the latest research findings and therapeutic advancements to offer high-quality and effective care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base encompasses a diverse range of individuals, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health issues. You will engage with clients in varying circumstances, helping them develop coping strategies and resilience skills necessary for overcoming life’s challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice in Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Ability to apply solution-focused psychotherapy techniques effectively and tailor approaches based on individual client needs.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster meaningful connections with clients and colleagues.

• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
