Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to create a work environment that is most conducive to your professional practice and personal wellbeing. While you will enjoy the flexibility of remote work, our schedule generally follows standard office hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Adherence to this schedule is crucial, although some flexibility may be required as we often work to accommodate the varying needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical evaluations and collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support clients effectively.

• Encourage open collaboration within a multidisciplinary treatment team, engaging in regular case consultations and peer reviews to enhance treatment quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a diverse population experiencing various mental health challenges. You will engage with clients ranging from adolescents to adults, addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and trauma histories. Understanding and adapting to the varying needs of each client is essential, enabling you to provide personalized and effective care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited university in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• An active, unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
