Work Environment The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while still being part of a collaborative team environment. Our Community Health Clinic is renowned for its commitment to patient-centered care, and you will be supported by a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists. You will have the flexibility to design your schedule, ideally working Monday-Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some potential for adjustment based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive clinical assessments to gain a full understanding of client needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to formulate personalized treatment plans. Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other recognized methodologies designed to foster personal growth. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and maintain accurate, confidential clinical records, facilitating effective documentation practices. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team through regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care we provide, sharing insights and strategies that benefit our clients. Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources to equip them with necessary knowledge and support. Stay abreast of advancements in mental health care, continuously enhancing your expertise and skills to improve client outcomes. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work primarily with adults and adolescents who face varying degrees of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and trauma-related issues. Our tailored approach recognizes that each journey is unique, allowing you to employ your skills to provide personalized support and therapeutic interventions that can significantly impact their path to recovery. Qualifications A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. An active professional license to practice in the state of Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, combined with a compassionate approach to meet the diverse needs of clients. Strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster empathy and establish trust with clients. Robust problem-solving abilities alongside critical thinking skills essential for adapting interventions to individual client scenarios. Ability to work collaboratively within a team, valuing contributions from colleagues and promoting a supportive work environment focused on shared growth. Preferred Experience Previous experience within community health clinical settings or similar environments that support diverse client populations. Familiarity with using electronic health record systems to facilitate documentation and clinical care. Compensation and Benefits The competitive annual salary ranges from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
