Executive Assistant to Managing Directors (Senior-Level)
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Schedule: 8:30am5:00pm
Compensation: $100,000$120,000 base + 1115% bonus
About the Role
We are partnering with a well-established, employee-owned wealth management firm that has been in business for over two decades and continues to grow. This is a newly created Executive Assistant role supporting three Managing Directors on a high-performing, client-facing advisory team.
The executives work with high-net-worth clients and are extremely sharp, detail-oriented, and hands-on. Two of the leaders are highly particular and have never had Executive Assistant support, making this role ideal for a seasoned EA who can confidently step in, create structure, and operate as a true partner to senior leadership.
What Youll Do
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to three Managing Directors
- Manage complex, fast-moving calendars and meeting schedules
- Coordinate travel and detailed itineraries
- Prepare and submit expense reports using Concur
- Monitor and manage executive inboxes with discretion and sound judgment
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison for senior leadership
- Anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and proactively solve problems
- Support client-facing meetings and day-to-day executive operations
What Were Looking For
- Minimum of 810 years of Executive Assistant experience (preference for more)
- Proven experience supporting senior-level executives in demanding environments
- Ability to work with highly particular, high-expectation leaders
- Strong executive presence, judgment, and discretion
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with some flexibility outside of standard business hours
- Advanced proficiency in Outlook; Concur experience required
- Bachelors degree required
- Financial services or professional services background strongly preferred
