Digital Product Manager - Retail/E-commerce

In this role, you will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for web, mobile, and in-store connected experiences, ensuring every product decision is grounded in business objectives, customer insights, and platform best practices. You'll work closely with client stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and technology partners to deliver impactful solutions that elevate the customer journey. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have a deep understanding of retail commerce platforms (preferably Salesforce Commerce Cloud), this is your opportunity to influence the digital direction of a leading retail brand.What You'll Be DoingDefine and own the product vision & roadmap for web, mobile, and omnichannel retail experiences aligned to business objectives.Translate business strategy into functional e-commerce solutions, ensuring alignment with platform capabilities and best practices.Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle — from ideation, requirements, prioritization, and sprint planning to release and post-launch optimization.Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create customer-centric experiences, ensuring accessibility, usability, and conversion optimization.Partner with engineering teams (SFCC & integrations) to define epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring technical feasibility.Work with cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, merchandising, operations, IT) to gather requirements and balance competing priorities.Oversee integrations with 3rd-party retail systems (OMS, ERP, CRM, payments, personalization, analytics, loyalty, etc.).Monitor product KPIs — traffic, conversion, AOV, RPV, cart abandonment — and lead data-driven improvements.Ensure platform stability and scalability, including release governance, regression testing, and performance optimization.Maintain compliance and security with PCI DSS, GDPR/CCPA, and accessibility standards (WCAG).Champion agile practices — backlog grooming, sprint retrospectives, continuous improvement.Mentor junior product managers and act as a subject matter expert in e-commerce and retail digital commerce trends.What We're Looking For7+ years in product management, with at least 4 years in e-commerce and/or omnichannel retail.Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) experience strongly preferred; experience with other major commerce platforms is a plus.Understanding of APIs, integrations, and retail system architectures (OMS, ERP, CRM).Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) and data-driven decision making.Strong background in Agile/Scrum product development.Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and presentation skills.Experience in beauty, cosmetics, personal care, health & wellness, or related retail sectors is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.What We OfferHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance: Comprehensive coverage to support your well-being.Employer Contributions to Health Savings Accounts (HSA): Helping you save for medical expenses.Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA): Options for healthcare and dependent care expenses, plus a $200 Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA).Disability Insurance: Short- and long-term coverage, fully paid by the employer.Life and AD&D Insurance: Employer-provided coverage, with options for additional voluntary coverage.Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Access to personal and professional support resources.Career Growth Opportunities: Pathways for advancement and skill development.Team Engagement Activities: Regular team-building events and company-sponsored activities to foster collaboration and connection.Paid Time Off and Holidays (Only W2 Salary*): PTO policy and paid company holidays.Additional InformationSalary: $130,000 annually.Location: Dallas, TX.
