Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Relationship Revive Therapy, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for couples and families navigating various challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques in both individual sessions and joint therapy with couples.
\n
• Address complex issues such as alcohol and substance abuse, communication difficulties, grief and loss, and family conflicts.
\n
• Facilitate family therapy sessions that integrate all members to foster understanding and healing.
\n
• Monitor progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, ensuring the highest level of patient care.
\n
• Collaborate with the larger clinical team to provide comprehensive care and resources for your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including couples dealing with relationship strain, families coping with conflicts, and individuals facing life transitions such as separation or divorce. Your work will specifically address areas such as:

• Alcohol and substance abuse issues.
\n
• Physical and psychological abuse situations.
\n
• Grief and loss challenges.
\n
• Conflicts among family members, including sibling disputes.
\n
• Adjustment difficulties during life transitions, such as remarriage or divorce.

• Communication barriers within families and between individuals.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active LMFT license in the state of Florida.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
