Senior Sales Director – Corporate Dining (NorCal / SoCal) Location: Northern or Southern California (Remote + Travel) COMPENSATION: 160-180K BASE + COMMISSION + OWNERSHIP UNLIMITED COMMISSIONS PAID OUT ON THE FIRST DOLLAR SOLD The Senior Sales Director is a strategic sales leader responsible for driving new business growth in the corporate dining sector across California. This role owns the full sales lifecycle - from pipeline development and executive engagement to solution design and closing. You will act as a trusted advisor to corporate clients, helping them elevate workplace dining and hospitality experiences through innovative, high-impact solutions. This individual contributor role requires strong executive presence, a consultative approach, and a proven ability to close complex deals.
