Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients via secure video conferencing, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of the individual.

• Encourage open dialogue during sessions, guiding clients to explore their feelings and experiences, which facilitates self-insight and personal growth.

• Act as an advocate for clients, helping them to articulate their mental health goals and take actionable steps towards achieving them.

• Assess the mental health status of clients through comprehensive evaluations, applying your clinical expertise to develop and implement personalized treatment plans centered on evidence-based practices.

• Document treatment progress thoroughly and maintain accurate records in compliance with organizational and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you primarily work with adults who present with a variety of mental health concerns at a stable and low-acuity level. This involves providing support for conditions such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An independent licensure in one of the following areas:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
\n
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

• Proficient in using telehealth technology and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling.

• Experience working in a telehealth environment and familiarity with virtual therapeutic modalities.

• Strong ability to construct treatment plans that utilize a solution-focused approach based on assessment findings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and the number of hours you work.
