Pay Range: $20 - $30 per Hour Plus Commission and Benefits

Role Overview: Are you ambitious, driven, and eager to earn? We are seeking a Business Development Manager who is ready to dive into the world of sales and grow their career. This entry-level position offers extensive training, a competitive salary plus commission, and opportunities to transition into higher roles.

What You Will Do:

• Engage actively in strategic cold calling to promote CTR's outstanding staffing services, generate leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
• Strive to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Utilize effective sales techniques to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Work closely with our sales team to develop and execute business growth strategies.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and appointments in our CRM system.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for expansion.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Candidates with 2-3 years of inside sales experience in a B2C or B2B sales environment.
• Individuals who desire an opportunity to GROW in their sales career.
• Individuals with a strong sales personality—money-driven, goal-oriented, and highly motivated.
• Excellent communicators with superb negotiation skills who thrive in fast-paced environments.
