Thermon in Houston seeks a Sales Manager, Project Pursuit to identify and secure strategic capital projects across energy, oil & gas, and process industries. You will engage early with EPCs, owners, and engineering firms to shape specifications and capture opportunities. You will lead cross-functional teams with Sales, Engineering, Estimating, and Operations to develop winning proposals, manage pipelines in CRM, and forecast opportunities.
