Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans based on best practices.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring alignment with the unique goals and needs of each client.

• Respond effectively to crisis situations by providing immediate support and intervention to clients facing acute mental health crises.

• Document and maintain accurate, confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and termination summaries in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure seamless, comprehensive care for our clients.

• Engage in client and family education on mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources to foster informed decision-making.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse population, including adolescents, adults, and families, presenting a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
