H MART - Headquarters | GSC 300 Chubb Ave Lyndhurst, NJ 07071, USA Description Responsibilities but not limited to: Lead the entire lifecycle of in-store, grand opening, and external booth events from conceptualization to post-event reporting Execute high-impact local activations and ad placements at community festivals to maximize brand visibility and customer acquisition Collaborate with purchasing team to develop and execute product-focused promotions that drive sales and store traffic Build full-funnel, 360 degree marketing strategies for product launches Execute and optimize Google and Meta ad campaigns for maximum performance Analyze KPI's to generate actionable insights that enhance targeting and creative strategies Conduct competitor research and execute marketing activities to ensure cross-channel strategy implementation Manage the marketing budget with a focus on ROI, optimizing resource allocation and tracking program performance Build strong relationships with store managers to provide guidance and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability Qualifications / Skills: 3 - 5 years of proven experience in marketing, with a strong portfolio of successfully managed events and digital campaigns Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.Ability to set up tracking, analyze metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA), and provide data-led reports Strong ability to create professional proposals and marketing plans from a blank canvas Demonstrated ability to own projects from "A to Z" with minimal supervision Proactive attitude, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Purchasing, Store Operations, etc.) Willingness to travel to various store locations as needed for on-site support and research Bilingual in Korean and English preferred Health, Dental & Vision insurance / EAP (Employee Assistance Program) per company policy 401 (k) Retirement Plan with up to 5% match per company policy Life Insurance and AD&D (Accidental death & Dismemberment) per company policy BTA Insurance (Business Travel Accident Coverage) Company provided lunch Paid-time off (PTO) and Paid Holidays per company policy Celebration & Condolence Benefits per company policy Smart Card: Earn additional 4 points to the standard $1 = 1 point Holiday Gift certificates per company policy FSA (Flexible Spending Account) per company policy DCFSA (Dependent Child Care Spending Account) per company policy Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Salary Range: $62,900 - $92,600 *Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors.
