Contract Recruiter

Overview Our client, a fast-growing healthcare technology company, is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support hiring across a broad range of business functions. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys partnering with multiple business areas, owning a diverse requisition load, and making an immediate impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a 3-month hybrid contract based in Chicago, with three days per week in the office. Responsibilities Oversee full-cycle recruiting for a variety of technical, corporate, and operational roles Develop talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, collaborating with hiring managers on job posts, interviews, and final offers. Manage candidate and internal communications, ensuring all stakeholders receive timely updates during the recruitment process. Create internal recruiting infrastructure and continually improve processes while benchmarking industry standards. Requirements 3+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience. Bachelor’s Degree required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn Recruiter, and HRIS systems (Workday preferred). Proven ability to simultaneously recruit for a variety of roles in a high-volume setting.
