Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resource availability, forming the foundation for effective treatment planning.

• Deliver individual and family therapy sessions utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other evidence-based approaches tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Facilitate group therapy and psychoeducation sessions to enhance coping skills and promote a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and clinical psychologists, to formulate and implement comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans.

• Provide crisis intervention services and develop risk assessments and safety plans for clients in acute distress.

• Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring continuity of care.

• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to continually refine practice-based skills and share best practices with your colleagues.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
