Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, strengths, and available support resources.

• Facilitate evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Create, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans, setting realistic goals and tailoring interventions to meet each client's unique needs.

• Engage in collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create integrated treatment approaches ensuring client-centered care.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments, which may involve safety planning when required to address immediate client needs.

• Document all therapeutic processes meticulously while adhering to ethical and legal standards, ensuring clear communication within the treatment team.

Mindful Menders Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional incentives may be available based on performance.
