Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students, guiding them through clinical applications and ethical practices.

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to meet each client's needs.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive care and support systems for clients.

• Assist in the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans, involving clients in their own therapeutic journey.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date records and documentation, ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulations.

• Stay informed about current research, best practices, and advancements in mental health therapies to provide the highest standard of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid State license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
